摘要
民国时期乡村小学教员的收入是极其微薄的,与城市教员相比有较大悬殊,甚至不及城市工人之平均工资和乡村私塾先生的实际收入。可以说,清末民初乡村小学教员待遇之菲薄,乡村新式教育事业之举步唯艰,是历届政府普遍漠视乡村教育的必然结果。以史为鉴,我们必须高度关注教育发展进程中的乡村教育问题。
During The Republic of China the village primary school teacher＇s income was extremely meager, it was greatly disparate, compared with the city teacher＇s, and even fewer than the city workers＇ average wages and the village private school teacher＇s real income. It could be said that village primary school teacher treatment and the village new style education takes a hard step only were the inevitable result for all previous years government ignoring the village generally since the end of the Qing dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China. Learning from history, We must pay attention to the village in the educational modernization highly.
