摘要
本文对Dy-BPMPHD-CTMAB荧光体系进行了研究.研究发现,Dy3+能与BPMPHD和CTMAB形成离子缔合物,并发射出Dy3+的特征荧光峰.Gd3+、Y3+、Lu3+离子能增强体系的荧光强度,产生共发光效应.本文对该共发光体系进行了详细研究,由此提出了快速、灵敏测定痕量稀土Dy3+的新方法,其测定线性范围为1.0×10-7—1.3×10-5mol/L,检出限为2.
The fluorescence system of Dy(Ⅲ)-BPMPHD-CTMAB was studied.It was found that Dy3+ could form an ion association complex with BPMPHD and CTMAB and then emitted the intrinsic fluorescence of Dy3+.The fluorescence intensity of the system could be increased by Gd3+、Y3+、La3+. This is a newly found Co-luminescence system. Based on the Co-luminescence system, a rapid, simple and sensitive method was developed for thedetermination of trace amounts of Dy3+. The results indicated that the fluorescence intensity of the system is a linear relationship with the concentration of Dy3+ in the range of 1.0×10-7-1.3×10-mol/L,thedetection limit(S/N=2)is 2.0-×10-8mol/L.
