复方芦荟多糖膜剂对大鼠口腔溃疡作用的研究

The effect of complex aloe polysaccharide films on oral ulceration of rat

目的研究复方芦荟多糖膜剂的制备及其对口腔溃疡的疗效。方法采用匀浆制膜法制备复方芦荟多糖膜剂,然后观察复方芦荟多糖膜剂对石炭酸造成大鼠口腔溃疡的药效。结果制备的复方芦荟多糖膜剂符合《中国药典》(2005年版)对膜剂的质量要求,同时复方芦荟多糖膜剂可促进口腔溃疡的愈合及增加给药6天后溃疡愈合的大鼠只数,与非治疗阴性对照组存在着显著性差异(P<0.01)。结果复方芦荟多糖膜具有明显地促进口腔溃疡愈合的作用。

Objective To study the preparation of complex aloe polysaccharide films （CAPF） and the effect of CAPF on oral ulceration. Methods Preparing the CAPF by the methods of even thick liquid making films and observing the effect of CAPF on oral ulceration of rat stimulated by phenol. Results The quality of CAPF conforms to the requests of China Pharmacopoeia and CAPF can promote the healing of oral ulceration and increase the healing number of ulcer rat, and shows remarkable difference with negative contrasting group. Conclusions CAPF has the function of promoting the healing of oral ulceration.
