CD44v6在大肠良、恶性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of CD44v6 in colorectal adenoma and cancer

目的:观察CD44v6在大肠良恶性肿瘤中的表达,探讨其与大肠癌发生、发展和转移的关系。方法:以不同程度异型增生的大肠腺瘤(110例)、大肠癌(68例)组织为研究对象,正常大肠黏膜(30例)为对照,用免疫组织化学染色(S-P法)测定各标本的CD44v6阳性率。结果:大肠腺瘤和大肠癌的CD44v6阳性率显著高于正常大肠黏膜(41%vs3%和56%vs3%,P<0.01),大肠腺瘤CD44v6阳性率与异型增生程度有关(轻度、中度、重度异型增生分别为22%、42%、67%),大肠癌CD44v6阳性率与Dukes分期、有无淋巴转移及分化程度有关。结论:CD44v6参与大肠癌的发生和发展,可作为早期预测及转移和预后的参考指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of CD44v6 in colorectal adenoma and cancer and its relationship with oncogenesis, development and metastasis of colorectal tumours. Methods S-P immunohistochemical method was used to check the expression of CD44v6 in 110 cases of colorectal adenoma group which had different levels of dysplasia, 68 cases of colorectal cancer group and 30 healthy volunteers who was taked as the control group. Results The positive rate of CD44v6 in either the colorectal adenoma group or the cancer group had obviously higher than that in the control group（41% vs 3% and 56% vs 3%, both P 〈 0.01）. The positive rates of CD44v6 in the colorectal adenoma group were related the dysplasia levels（low, medium and high levels were 22%, 42% and 67%, respectively）, while in colorectal cancer group was related to Dukes classification, lymphatic metastasis and cell differentiation levels. Conclusion CD44v6 is involved in the oncogenesis, development of colorectal cancer, which can be used as a referral index of early prediction, metastasis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
