重组人白细胞介素-11和长春新碱联合治疗难治性慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨重组人白细胞介素-11(rhIL-11)和长春新碱(VCR)联合治疗难治性慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(CITP)的疗效。方法:对28例CITP患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用rhIL-1150μg/(kg·d)皮下注射,1次/d,连续4周,后4周隔天1次,VCR2mg/d,每周1次,连续8周。对照组采用肾上腺皮质激素、甲基强的松龙、大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗。结果:治疗组有效率67%,对照组有效率23%,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),PAIgG在治疗后明显下降,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:IL-11和VCR联合治疗CITP,能获得较高的缓解率,而且无严重的毒副反应,是治疗难治性CITP有效方法之一。
