摘要
提出一种高阶全极点跨导电容带通滤波器设计方法.基于系统函数的直接模拟,得到了具有少有源元件的全极点带通滤波器.该滤波器与MOS工艺兼容,便于单片集成.文中给出了带通滤波器的设计实例和PSPICE模拟分析,说明此滤波器可行.
A design technique for high order all poles band pass filters (ABF) is presented.By means of direct simulation of transition function,we develop the ABF with minimal active devices. The filter is compatible with MOS process.Some practical filters have been designed by the method and simulatively analyzed with PSPICE,which shows the feasibility of the proposed method .
