面对环境资源的局限,循环经济成为实现可持续发展的必然选择。发展循环经济的核心是建立资源节约型社会,可通过培养节约的个人生活习惯,在企业推行清洁生产,发展资源节约型产业等途径来实现。
Given the restriction of the environmental resources, the recycle economy appears to be the proper approach to the sustainable economy. The objective of the recycle economy is to build a frugal society whereby individuals behave and businesses perform in accordance.
