摘要
随着现代制造业要求生产加工过程向高度自动化、精度化方向发展,计算机辅助工程在制造业中运用也越来越重要。应用计算机图形处理技术对零件进行自动提取已知外形曲线,并自动生成数控机床所能识别的G代码,应用于生产加工,为传统加工手段与数控加工方法之间寻找一条合理有利的途径。
With modern manufacturing requiring that the development of process producing into automation and precision. Computer-aid project is becoming more and more important which applied to manufacturing industry too. Based on the technology that does with computer graphics can carried out the external curve of the part voluntarily, and generat G code voluntarily which the control machine can recognize, then applied to produce and process. Turns to seeking a reasonable bridge and interface for traditional process means and numerical control processing method.
