摘要
用数学方法,分析并验证在车削加工中,当主轴回转轴线作一次简谐直线运动时,对应加工工件轮廓曲线的“最小区域中心”位置及其运动轨迹,得出正确的圆度误差和偏心误差值;以及以上圆度误差值与误差运动方向无关的结论。
Analyzed and verified with mathematical method that in locomotive cut machining, when the principal axis rotation axis work a simple rectilinear motion, result as correct roundness error and eccentric error value as well as the conclusion of roundness error value was independent of error motion position in respond with the minimal regional center position and its motion track of process contour curve.
