急性脑卒中患者早期康复治疗对恢复期的影响

The impact of early rehabilitation intervention on the recovery phase outcome of cerebral infarction patients

目的:探讨早期康复对急性脑卒中患者恢复期的影响。方法:对该院神经内科住院急性脑卒中患者共302例,随机分为康复组和对照组。观察指标是神经功能评价(NIHSS)、生活能力评价(BI)、社会功能评价(OHS)评分。经SPSS统计,分析早期康复的效果。结果:康复组出院时、1个月末、3个月末的NIHSS、OHS均明显优于普通病房组。两组间BI值在出院和1个月末没有差异,而3个月末有统计学差异。结论:急性脑卒中患者早期康复的介入能够减少神经功能缺损,提高患者的康复期日常生活能力。

Objective To investigate the early rehabilitation effect on the recovery phase outcome of cerebral infarction patients. Methods 302 patients were assigned either into rehabilitation group or control group randomly to receive treatment and the data of the patients of the two groups were compared. The key indexes observed were Barthel Index （BI）, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS）, Oxford Handicap Scale （OHS）, All these data,incorporated with cost and effect, were analyzed with SPSS soft packs. Results There was significant difference between the two groups in NIHSS,BI and OHS.Conclusion For cerebral infarction patients , early rehabilitation intervention is able to improve the daily activities ,reduce neurological defects and restore social abilities on the recovery phase.
