基层医院开展放射介入治疗的体会

Experience of developing radio-interventional treatment in basic unit hospital

目的:探讨县级基层医院开展放射介入治疗的体会和方法。方法:对347例中晚期恶性肿瘤利用普通影像X线系统进行血管内介入化疗和栓塞治疗。结果:经介入治疗15天后经医学影像学或其它物理检查进行了复查,CR139例,占40%,PR94例,占27%,MR94例,占27%,QR20例,占6%。CR+PR≤67%。347例随访5例已生存期大于6年,13例大于2年,21例2年,35例介入术后2周进行了外科手术切除原病灶,135例生存期大于1年,96例生存期在6个月以上,7例生存期小于3个月。结论:放射介入治疗是一项有效的治疗方法,基层医院只要有影像电视设备,有一定诊断与技术水平医师,有条件选择病例,都可开展普通血管内介入治疗。

Objective To explore the experience and methods of developing radio-interventional treatment in basic unit hospital. Methods To 347 cases were treated by radio-interventional therapy. Results 15 days after interventional treatment, there were 139 cases of CR（40%）, 94 cases of PR（27%）, 94 cases of MR（27%） and 20 cases of QR （6%）. CR＋PR≤67%. Of 347 cases, 5 cases survived over one year, 13 cases survived over 2 years, 21 cases survived 2 years. 35 cases accepted operation 2 weeks after interventional treatment, 135 cases survived over 1 year, 96 cases survived over 6 months, 7 cases survived less than 3 months. Conclusion Radio-interventional treatment is an effective method. With radio device, skilled doctor and choosing cases, interventional treatment can be applied.
