摘要
目的:探讨高原气候对胎盘成熟度的影响。方法:选择在西藏自治区人民医院妇产科和妇保院就诊的高原世居与暂居孕妇,利用二维超声测量胎儿双顶径、股骨径来确定胎儿孕周,评估胎盘成熟度,并与平原地区孕妇的胎盘成熟度进行对照与分析。结果:高原世居与暂居孕妇的胎盘成熟度较平原地区孕妇的胎盘成熟度提前。结论:高原地区大气氧分压低,机体处于低氧环境中,在高原地区妊娠,无疑加重氧的消耗;同时胎儿在低氧环境,胎盘过早成熟钙化,进一步加重胎儿缺氧。
bjective To probe into the effect of plateau climate on placenta maturity. Mathods Pregnant women from people's hospital of Tibet Region long or short-termly live in plateau climate. Through measuring their fetal biparietal diameter and os femoris diameter,compare them with the fetus' of pregnant women from plains. Results Pregnant women living in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau have placenta prematurity.Conclusion The PO2 of the atmosphere in plateau section is low and the gestation's body is lack of O2.These lead to maturation and calcification earlierly.
