The early diagnosis and treatment for 28 cases of fatty fluidization

目的：探讨脂肪液化的早期诊断和治疗。方法：通过对28例脂肪液化的早期诊断和处理，并辅予TDP辐照、大黄芒硝外敷等治疗。结果：愈合时间7砣6天。平均10天。结论：早期诊断治疗并辅予TDP辐照和大黄芒硝外敷疗效明显。

Objective To probe into the early diagnosis and treatment for fatty fluidization. Methods Early diagnosis and treatment, with TDP and Rhubarb and mirabilite were applied on the incision in the 28 cases of fatty fluidization. Results The cicatrization time was 7-26 days, average 10 days. Conclusion It is a curative effect on the cicatrisation of fatty fluidized celiotomy incision by applying rhubarb and mirabilite and TDP on the incision.
