青紫型先天性心脏病患儿围术期的护理

Perioperative nursing care for the children with cyanotic congenital heart defects

目的：探讨青紫型先天性心脏病患儿围术期的护理措施。方法：选择青紫型先天性心脏病患儿105例，手术前做好血标本的采集。预防缺氧发作，术后做好低心排的护理、呼吸道的管理及延迟关胸的护理等围术期护理措施。结果：105例患儿中．治愈101例，死亡4例。出院后患儿随访3-18个月，均恢复良好。结论：青紫型先天性心脏病患儿术前做好血标本的采集，预防缺氧发作，术后做好低心排的护理、呼吸道的管理及延迟关胸的护理等围术期护理措施．可以提高围术期的护理质量，提高手术成功率。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing care for the children with cyanotic congenital heart defects. Methods From 2005.1 to 2006.7, 105 children patients with cyanotic congenital heart defects were treated, preoperative measures included collection of the blood sample correctly, prevention of hypoxic spells, postoperative measures included nursing care of respiratory tract, low cardiac output and the measurement of delayed sternal closure. Results Of 105 patients, 101 were saved and recovered well after following up 3 months to 18 months ,4 were dead. Conclusion Perioperative nursing care can improve the nursing quality and the success rate of the operation.
