主动脉夹层及动脉瘤腔内隔绝术的围手术期护理

Perioperative care for the endovascular stent-grafts exclusion of DeBakeyⅢ type thoracic aortic dissections and aneurysm

目的:探讨腔内隔绝术治疗DeBakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层及胸主动脉瘤围手术期护理。方法:分析10例DeBakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层及胸主动脉瘤(DeBakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层9例、胸主动脉瘤1例)腔内隔绝术的护理,术前制定护理计划,做好心理护理及常规准备,术后实行针对性护理,注意术后并发症。结果:所有病例均痊愈出院,无护理相关并发症的发生。结论:精心正确的围手术期护理对保证腔内隔绝术成功有重要作用。

Objective To evaluate theperioperative care ofendovasculargraft exclusion（EVGE） for DeBakeyⅢ type thoracic aortic dissection and aneurysm. Methods The perioperative care of the patients （9 patients with thoracic aortic dissection and 1 with aneurysm） underwent EVGE for thoracic aortic dissection and aneurysm were analyzed. Preoperative care plan and psychological and routin preparation was made. Pertinency care was done and attention was payed to the complication after the procedure. Results All cases were cured whith satisfacation. No complication related to the nursing occurred. Conclusion Aborative and accurate care play an important role in the success of EVGE.
