肾上腺神经鞘瘤1例的诊断及治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of neurinoma of adrenal gland

目的:报告1例肾上腺神经鞘瘤。方法:回顾性分析1例肾上神经鞘瘤病人的临床资料。结合文献讨论此病的诊断及治疗方法。结果:1例肿瘤经后腹腔镜手术切除,病理学证实为良性。结论:肾上腺神经鞘瘤的术前诊断困难,手术切除是唯一治疗方法。确诊需依赖病理学检查。

Objective To summarize the screening examination of the PKU and of the CH among newborns in Chizhou from the September of 2005 to the June of 2006,and report the incidence of two diseases.Methods To draw blood in the heel of newborn who was born more than 72 hours;to test the density of TSH and Phe by DELFA during the screening examination.Results 1703 newborns were examined during nine months,there were 3 babies with CH and no baby with PKU,and the rate of CH is 0.176%. Conclusion strengthening the screening exmination of newborm may avoid unchangable damage of newborn patient＇s bodv and intelligence.
