摘要
教育学是高师院校的标志性课程,在很大程度上决定着未来教师的教育素养,但与新课程改革要求相比,教育学教学现状却不尽如人意,仍未摆脱传统的“讲授一接受”教学模式。教育学教学模式改革势在必行。将在其他领域行之有效的案例教学引入教育学领域,构建面向新课程的高师教育学案例教学模式,并就模式的理论基础、教学目标、实施程序和教学策略等方面进行探讨,是推动教育学教学模式改革、提高教育学教学质量和教师教育素养的重要而有益的尝试。
Pedagogy is one of the symbol courses in normal universities and colleges, which determines the quality of future teachers. Comparing with the demands of the new curriculum, the present situation of pedagogy instruction in normal universities and colleges is unsatisfying, since it has not broken away from the old traditional "giving-accepting" teaching model. It's necessary to make some changes about it. Case-teaching, which works effectively in other fields, has proved to be a good way in pedagogy instruction. We should make deep inquiry into its theoretical basis, instructional goals, process and strategies so as to facilitate the reform of teaching model in pedagogy in normal universities and colleges and improve the quality of instruction and teachers' quality.
