摘要
如何培养21世纪需要的护理人才,是目前高等护理教育面临的重要课题。结合该院21世纪教改工程“以器官系统为中心基础医学模式的改革”课题,介绍了开展护理本科生订单式培养教学模式改革,提高了护理本科生的综合能力,提高了就业率。
It is an important subject faced by Chinese higher nursing education that how to cultivate nurses needed by 21st century. An innovation which was order-formed cultivation of bachelor nurse students was carried out in teaching model based on the ＂Organ ＆ System-Centered Basic Medical Educational Innovation＂ in our school. The new cultivation model improved both the comprehension abilities and the employment rate of bachelor nurse students.
