护生临床实习健康教育效果评价表的设计和应用

The design and application of “The Evaluation Scale of Health Education Effects of Nurse Students in Clinical Practice”

为提高护生的健康教育能力,弥补临床护理人员不足导致的健康教育不到位,制定了护生临床实习健康教育效果评价表并将之应用到临床。通过一年多的实践证明,健康教育评价表的使用大大提高了护生的沟通能力、主动服务意识、自信心和责任感,同时也合理利用了人力资源,使健康教育覆盖率达100%,患者满意度大幅度提高。

To improve the health education ability of nurse students and remedy the insufficiency of health education because of the lack of clinical nurses, the Evaluation Scale of Health Education Effects of Nurse Students in Clinical Practice was designed and applied. After a year＇s practice, the application of the evaluation scale improved the communication skills, initiative service consciousness, self-confidence and sense of responsibility of nurse students greatly. Moreover, the human resource was utilized more reasonably, the health education was carded out hundred percent, and the patient satisfactory was improved greatly.
