目的:保证基础护理在临床护理工作中得到有效实施。方法:建立行之有效的管理运行机制,制定基础护理实施方案与计划,确定基础护理质量标准,实施科学化管理,积极开展全员参与的基础护理活动。结果:提高了护士对基础护理重要性的认识,增强了护士基础护理质量的意识,体现了护士的专业性与价值。结论:构建基础护理质量控制体系,强化、细化、量化基础护理,可以有效提高护理工作质量,提高病人满意度。

Objective： To ensure the basic nursing quality in the clinic nursing work. Methods： Measures were adopted to strengthen the basic nursing, such as establishing an effective management mechanism, laying down the enforcement plan, defining a criterion of the basic nursing, implementing scientific management and developing a movement to encourage all staff to participate in the basic nursing work.
