目的:了解女护士对在临床工作中使用男护士的态度,提出管理对策。方法:采用问卷调查方法,选取6所医院工作的100名女护士为对象,调查她们在护理工作中,对男性从事护理工作的态度。结果:男性从事护理工作有着女性无法企及的优点,在急救、特护、急诊科、精神科、重症监护室、手术室和骨科等关键岗位需要男护士。

Objective： To investigate the female nurses＇ attitude towards the use of male nurses in order to propose the countermeasures, Methods： 100 female nurses from 6 hospitals were investigated about their attitude towards the use of male nurses. Results： Male nurses have incomparable advantages in many medical care fields, such as emergency rescue unit. emergency room. mental department, ICU, operating room. and orthopedic department.
