摘要
本文较详细的探讨了一种LC振荡器的短时间频率稳定度的测试方法、测试原理及电路组成,产以测试200μs时的频率稳定度为例进行了分析,能达到10 ̄(_6)级的测试精度要求。
The testing method, testing principle and testing ctrcuit of frequency stability within short-time interval for LC-osillator were introduced in detail in this paper , lt follows from analysis to,frequency stability within 200μs that it can meet the accuracy need of 10_6
