摘要 目的对白芍进行化学成分研究。方法利用萃取、硅胶柱色谱、反相柱色谱和高效液相色谱法进行分离、制备和纯化,采用波谱技术进行结构确证。结果从白芍中分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别为芍药苷亚硫酸酯(Ⅰ)、芍药苷(Ⅱ)、芍药内酯苷(Ⅲ)、苯甲酰芍药苷(Ⅳ)和1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰基葡萄糖(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为一新化合物。 Objective To study the chemical constituents in roots of Paeonia lactiflora. Methods The compounds were isolated by extraction, silica gel coloum chromatography, RP chromatography and HPLC. The structures were elucidated by various modern spectroscopic methods. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as paeoniflorin sulfonate ( Ⅰ), paeoniflorin ( Ⅱ ), albiflorin (Ⅰ ), benzoylpaeoniflorin (Ⅳ), and 1, 2, 3, 4, 6-pentagalloyglucose (Ⅴ). Conclusion Paeoniflorin sulfonate ( Ⅰ ) is a new compound.
