环孢素A应用于急性脊髓损伤治疗的研究进展
摘要
环孢素A（cyclosporine A，CsA）是一种特效免疫抑制剂．是目前公认的抗器官移植排斥反应最有效的药物之一。急性脊髓损伤（acute spinal cord injury，ASCI）是一种易导致残疾的疾病．而阻断继发性脊髓损伤是急性脊髓损伤治疗的关键之一。众多研究表明，CsA能在多种神经系统损伤和神经疾病中发挥神经保护作用。笔者就CsA用于脊髓损伤治疗的研究进展作一综述。
