摘要 骨保护素(osteoprotegerin,OPG)又称为破骨细胞生成抑制因子,主要通过与骨保护素配体结合而起作用。骨保护素不仅抑制破骨细胞生成,还抑制破骨细胞的骨吸收功能,现将有关研究进展作一综述。 Osteoprotegerin is also called osteoclastogenesis inhibitary factor. It plays a part in bonding osteoprotegerin ligand. It inhibits the production and action of bone resorption of osteoclast. The research and progress about osteoprotegerin were reviewed in this article.
