基于最优化理论的塑料制件优化设计

OPTIMUM DESIGN OF COMPLEX PLASTIC ARTICLE BASED ON THE OPTIMIZATION THEORY

摘要 利用最优化理论并结合CAE技术对塑料制件结构进行优化。在建立数学模型的过程中将聚合物成型的一些理论引入约束函数,保证了制件的可加工性。然后将设计空间离散后用C语言编程进行计算机求解。最后用ANSYS和Moldflow软件对优化后的模型进行了受力和充模流动分析。 Sturcture of a complex plastic article was optimized by optimization theory and CAE. A mathematic model, constrainting functions which involve certain theories of polymer molding process was built for insuring the machinability of the plastic article. Then the designed model was made discretization and the results was worked out by program C. At last, the load-carrying analysis and filling analysis of the optimized model were applied by ANSYS and Moldflow.
