摘要
针对含磷环氧树脂在覆铜板无卤阻燃及其它方面的广阔应用前景,简述了含磷阻燃剂的阻燃机理,详细介绍了反应型含磷阻燃环氧树脂体系的研究状况,并指出含磷环氧树脂的发展方向。
Aiming at the application of the phosphrus-containing epoxy resins in non-halogen flame retartant for copper-clad laminate, the mechanism of the phophorus-containing flame retardant was discussed, the types of flame-retartant epoxy resins containing reactive phosphorous were also demonstrated in detail. The development trend of phosphrus-containing epoxy resins was pointed out.
