上海餐饮业面临奥运、世博两大盛会,既要有展示功能,又要有服务功能;既要做好会展区内的餐饮服务,更要着力于餐饮行业素质的全面提升,做好全市的餐饮服务工作。为此,需要努力实现5个目标:规模餐饮、品牌餐饮、放心餐饮、和谐餐饮、国际餐饮。
As the two events, Olympic Games and World Expo, are drawing near, at the mean time of demonstrating, the dining industry of Shanghai should also provide excellent service in the exposition areas, especially enhancing the quality throughout the industry for the whole city. The five objectives are: dining services in scale; brand creating; safe dining; harmonious dining; international dining.
