摘要
由于建筑作品自身的特殊性,对它的著作权保护在操作上存在相当的难度,该文从著作权集体管理的角度,尝试在法律和制度的框架内寻找一种可行的建筑作品著作权保护方法。
Owing to their own particularity of the architectural design works, it is not easy to exercise their intellectual property rights. Here, it is discussed how to defend this kind of rights systematically as well as operationally.
