试论陈云在东北解放战争中的贡献

抗日战争胜利后,中共中央根据当时国内外形势的发展,制定了"向北发展,向南防御"的战略方针,展开了与国民党争夺东北的艰苦斗争。陈云在领导东北解放的斗争中,把贯彻执行中央战略方针与东北实际相结合,依据"交换"、"比较"、"反复"的原则和求实精神,运用毛泽东农村包围城市、武装夺取政权的理论,系统地提出了在东北广大农村建立巩固根据地的思想;具体领导了东北根据地的创建;积极探索如何做好接管城市工作,为党的工作重心由农村转向城市,领导和管理城市积累了宝贵的经验。

After the Anti-Japanese war,according to the domestic and international situation at that time,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China formulated the specific strategy i,e, to develop in the north but defense in the south. In accordance with the actual conditions of the northeast China,Chen Yun carried out the principles and policies formulated by the Party Central Committee unswervingly during his leadership of the war. To rely on the Mao Zedong＇ s theory and correspondingly followed the practicalness as well as the principle. Chen Yun put forth the idea i, e, to build the northeast base areas in the northeast rural ,and he put the idea into practice specifically. Chen Yun actively groped for how to get down with the task of taking over cities during his leadership of the War of Liberation. He gained valuable experience on how to shift the focus of the Party＇s work from rural to cities and how to lead and administrate cities.
