夹脊电针对脊髓损伤大鼠联合行为评分分值的影响

摘要 目的 探讨夹脊电针治疗脊髓损伤的机制。方法 选用Wistar健康雄性大鼠,随机分为电针密波治疗组、地塞米松组、模型组及假手术组。采用改良的Allen’s捶击法致大鼠T11-12脊髓损伤.观察脊髓损伤早期CBS的表达。结果 伤后6h内进行治疗,能更好地促进损伤大鼠的感觉、运动功能恢复.并且脊髓损伤早期.地塞米松治疗疗效优于密波组(P〈0.05);脊髓损伤中晚期.密波组疗效好于地塞米松组(P〈0.05)。结论 夹脊电针能改善SCI大鼠运动功能及感觉功能,密波组好于地塞米松组。 Objective To investigate the mechanism of Huaruojiaji electro-acupuncture on spinal cord injury. Methods Healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups, the close wave treated group, the dexameson group,the model group and sham-operation group. The model rat with T1-12 spinal cord injury was established by Modified Allen's hammer blow method. The expression of CBS exprssion in early spinal cord injury was deremained. Results The results showed that in early spinal cord injury,the curative effect in the dexameson group was superior to that in the close wave treated group,it was showed that the motor function and the sensation function was improved significantly treated at 6h after injured. While in the middle and late period,the curative effect in the close wave treated group was better than that in the medicated group.Conclusion It can be concluded that motor function and the sensation function was improved significantly treated by Huatuojiaji electro-acupuncture.
