多指断指再植术后的功能康复及疗效观察

On the functional rehabilitation and therapeutic observation of the replantation of poly-severed fingers after operation

目的 探讨多指断指再植术后康复措施的临床应用效果。方法 采用运动康复为主，辅以理疗、作业疗法及感觉训练等对43例131指断指再植成活者进行系统的康复治疗并进行综合评分。结果 全部病例术后随访超过6个月。优64指（48．9％），良37指（28．2％），差19指（14．5％），劣11指（8．4％）．总优良率77．1％。结论 多指断指再植术后的功能康复分阶段、有计划的进行实施，临床效果满意。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application effects on the rehabilitation measures of the replanration of the poly-severed fingers. Methods The movement rehabilitation was taken as the main part and take the physiotherepy,occupational therapy, feeling training as supplement. The systematic rehabilitation and a synthetic score were taken to the 43 cases of 131 replantation of severed fingers, The follow-up period after operation was over 6 months. Results The result was that excellent 64 fingers（48.9%）. favorable 37 fingers（28.2 % ）, poor 19 fingers （ 14.5 % ）, bad 11 fingers（8.4 % ）. The overall favorable rate accounted for 77.1% Conclusion The functional rehabilitation of the replantation of poly-severed fingers should be carried out with different stages and with plans. Therefore,its clinical effect is satisfying.
