摘要
系统总结了硫酸法钛白工程设计中,酸解、煅烧的尾气治理,废酸浓缩和酸性废水中和处理等项技术及其新的技术应用成果。如130m^3大型酸解罐采用水喷淋处理酸解尾气,设计合理的反应空间和气液分布状态,能达到良好的处理效果;煅烧尾气处理采用结构合理的干法回收装置,余热用于废酸的初浓缩,以及水喷淋降温洗涤和静电除酸雾等措施,做到经济和环保双效应;废酸浓缩工业生产已初见成效,废酸经二段真空浓缩至质量浓度70%-72%,可回用;酸性废水经石灰乳中和处理和压滤之后含滤液废清液可部分回用,其余达标排放。滤饼红石膏可做水泥辅料.经配料可用做生产水泥。
The technology of tail -gas treatment for acidolysis and calcination sections,the technologies of water treatment for waste acid concentration and acid waste water neutralization as well as new technology application achievements in H2 SOn process titanium white engineering design are summarized systematically. For example, waste - gas from a 130 m^3 large - scale acidolysis tank was treated by water spraying method. The effect was satisfactory owning to rationally designed reaction space and liquid - gas distribution. For treatment of tail - gas from calcination section, dry - method recovery unit with sound structure was applied. Waste - heat was reused for waste acid primary concentration. Meanwhile, water - spray cooling washing and acid - mist electrostatic eliminating measures were also adopted. Thus the economic target and environment protection requirement were satisfied. The positive effect of waste acid industrial production has been proved. When the waste - acid is condensed to 70% - 72% by two - stage vacuum concentration, it can be reused. Acid waste - water after being neutralized by lime cream and being filter - pressed, the waste clean liquor containing filtrate can be partly recovered and the rest is qualified to be discharged. The cake gypsum can be used as accessories for cement production.
