摘要
针对现有白云石碳化法生产轻质氧化镁过程二氧化碳浓度低、全过程温度变化大和单位产品综合能耗占工厂成本60%-80%等问题,在理论分析和计算的基础上,提出加压碳化(0.3—0.5MPa)和热解二氧化碳回收以提高碳化气二氧化碳浓度,降低碳化温度(≤293K),提高重镁水浓度,采用先进干燥及燃烧设备和能量分级利用等措施,使单位产品综合能耗能够降低60%以上,方法可靠。
Aiming the problems in the lightweight MgO production by carbonation of dolomite, such as low CO2 concentration,large fluctuation of temperature and high energy consumption of unit product ( which accounts for 60% - 80% production cost) , methods were proposed on the basis of theory analysis and calculation to decrease the cost of energy, which include:raising the pressure of carbonation, recovering the CO2 in the pyrolysis process to raise CO2 concentration in carbonating gas, lowing the carbonation temperature ( lower than 293 K ) , increasing the concentration of MgHCO3 , staging the energy use and utilizing advanced dry and combustion equipment etc.. With these methods, the consumption of energy can be reduced by more than 60%.
