摘要 介绍了钛白粉生产中酸解渣的产生和利用情况,目前对钛白生产过程中产生的酸解废渣进行固液分离主要采用传统的稀释法,该工艺存在钛液回收率偏低和产生大量洗水的缺点。叙述了应用过滤设备的新工艺情况,利用箱式压滤机分离钛白生产酸解过程中产生的酸性残渣,结果为:钛液的回收率达91.8%,较该装置上马前提高3.6%,结果表明该装置能较完全提取残渣中钛液,提高钛白收率,同时沉降底部残渣中的钛液经分离后不会被稀释,降低残渣的含水量,便于残渣综合利用。 The generation and utilization of waste acidolysis residue in titanium dioxide production were introduced. Currently,the dilution method was traditionally used to separate the waste acidolysis residue during the production. It had two disadvantages i. e. the recovery rate of titanium solution was low and it produced a lot of water. A new process applying filter equipments was specified. The consequence of using chamber filter press to separate the waste acidolysis residue during titanium dioxide production was:the recovery rate of titanium solution reached 91.8% , which increased 3.6% comparing the period without the equipment. The results showed the equipment can fully extract the titanium solution in the sludge; and the titanium dioxide yield increased; meanwhile the titanium solution in the bottom of sedimentation tin will not be diluted when it is separated. Therefore, the water content of sludge will be decreased. It is easy to utilize the sludge comprehensively.
