股权分置改革使中国股市发生了根本性的转折。市场投资热情高涨,大量企业存在强烈的融资需求,单一的主板市场难以满足市场投融资活动的需要。当务之急是要尽快发展多层次的资本市场。
The reform of equity division has made a fundamental transition to Chinese Stock markets. The main-board market couldn＇t satisfy the investment wishes and enterprises＇ financing needs which have surged upward recently. It＇s urgent for China to develop multi-level capital markets.
