摘要
本文从矩阵式组织的特点及其绩效考核中存在的问题出发,提出了一个主要针对矩阵式组织结构的绩效管理模型。该模型既实现了项目经理和职能经理二者权力的均衡,解决了矩阵式组织中绩效管理固有的一些问题,同时又将企业的当前目标与长远发展,个人的业绩表现与能力提升有机地结合起来了,从而能够实现企业与个人双赢的良性发展局面。
There exists some problems on Performance Appraisal of Matrix Organzation Structure due to its particularity. To solve these problems,the paper presented a performance appraisal model mainly focused on matrix organization structure. The model not only achieves the power balance between project manager and competence manager, solves some implicit problems of performace management in matrix organization, but also effectively combines the current goal and long term development of enterprise with individual performance promotion, thereby reaches a win-win situation of both.
