高校知识共享的动因、障碍及对策

On the Cause,Obstacle and Countermeasure of Knowledge Sharing in Universities

高校知识管理的核心是促进各类知识的交流与共享。在大学内部,知识共享对大学知识的深度挖掘和核心竞争力的提升有重要价值。但知识共享并不能自动实现,也不会轻而易举就会产生。本文通过对高校知识共享的动因、障碍的分析,理清高校知识共享中的内在机理,提出相应对策,从而促进高校知识共享,提高高校竞争力。

The core of knowledge management in university is promoting knowledge communion and sharing. Knowledge sharing will help to dig the knowledge deeply and upgrade the university＇s core competitive power. But knowledge sharing couldn＇t realize self-motion and come into being easily. By analyzing the cause and obstacle of the knowledge sharing in university, this thesis found the mechanism of the knowledge sharing in university and put forward the countermeasure to improve the university core competitive power.
