中药方剂Ⅰ号对小鼠前列腺细胞碱性成纤维细胞生长因子以及转化生长因子-β1表达的影响 被引量:1

Effects of traditional Chinese medical herbs on the expression of bFGF and TGF-β1 in prostatic cells of mice

摘要 目的观察中药方剂Ⅰ号对小鼠前列腺增生的治疗效果及其对前列腺细胞碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达的影响。方法对尿生殖窦植入诱发的前列腺增生小鼠分别以NS、中药方剂Ⅰ号每天6 g/kg体重和保列治0.1 mg/kg体重灌胃后,测定各组小鼠前列腺重量并检测前列腺细胞bFGF及TGF-β1表达的变化。结果中药方剂Ⅰ号组前列腺湿重为(85.60±17.97)mg,较阴性对照组及保列治组[分别为(146.10±10.47)mg,(104.63±19.60)mg]显著减轻(P<0.01);中药方剂Ⅰ号组bFGF和TGF-β1的表达量分别为(4.39±0.66)%、(4.14±0.40)%,明显低于阴性对照组[分别为(4.84±0.51)%、(4.56±0.48)%,P<0.05]。结论中药方剂Ⅰ号对小鼠前列腺增生有明显治疗作用,其作用机制可能是通过调节前列腺细胞生长因子,从而抑制或减缓前列腺增生的发生。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medical herbs (TCMH) in the treatment of prostate hyperplasia in mice and the influences on the expression of bFGF and TGF-β1 in prostate cells of mice. Methods In experimental prostatic hyperplasia induced by implanting of the urogenital sinus in mice,normal saline, TCMH or finasteride was lavaged separately. The prostate weight was measured and the expression levels of bFGF and TGF-β1 were detected. Results The prostate weight in TCMH group was (85.60 ± 17.97 ) mg, significantly less than in negative control and finasteride group [ ( 146.10 ± 10.47) and ( 104.63 ± 19.60) mg respectively ]. The expression of the bFGF (4.39 ± 0.66) % and TGF-13 ( 14.14 ± 0.40 ) % in TCMH group was decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ) in the prostate ceils of mice as compared with hyperplasia group. Conclusion The TCMH can effectively treat the mice with prostatic hyperplasia by regnlating the relative growth factors of the prostate cells.
