摘要 目的建立简单、可重复利用的三叉神经痛样动物模型。方法设计固位结构,在脑闩蛛网膜下腔留置插管,建立模型观察行为学反应。结果注药后大鼠发生三叉神经痛样反应,对照组无行为学反应。结论行为学反应明确,模型稳定,利于推广。 Objective To found simple and repetitive model of trigeminal neuralgia in rats. Methods Injecting Penicillin K in the subarachnoid space at brain bolt through an intubatton with fixation in rats, observe the change in behavior. Saline was injected to the other group as a negative control. Result There has obviously reaction after the injection just like trigeminal neuralgia. The saline-control group has no reaction in behavior. Conclusion By this method, we can found simple and repetitive model of trigeminal neuralgia in rats. It's worth to be popularized.
