信息技术教师培训的新思维 被引量:22

摘要 目前信息技术教师培训质量低下的根本原因是在培训的设计和实施上仍然采用惯势思维。革新惯势思维、提升信息技术教师培训质量和推动信息技术教师发展的根本举措,在于寻求新的培训思维范式。本文在批判惯势思维的基础上,提出了一种新的思维范式——以嵌入式培训为取向、以团队学习为基元、以活动为中介、以深度学习为中心、过程性主导的多元化评价、在场培训和在线支持相融合。
