城市土地储备模式的经济学分析 被引量:4

摘要 论文运用经济学中各种垄断模型对我国土地储备模式进行分析,发现在均衡状况下,垄断程度不同的土地储备模式,其均衡点及福利损失也各不相同。比较研究的结果表明,斯塔克博格模型是一种比较符合目前中国渐进式改革战略的模式,是一种可行性的模式。因此本文倾向于采用政府主导下的多头垄断模式来改进土地储备制度,并提出了相应的配套政策调整措施。
