On the Role of CPPCC in Building a Harmonious Beilun

文章论述政协如何在建设和谐北仑中发挥好协调关系、汇集力量、建言献策、服务大局的优势,并从强化民主法制的政治基础,促进社会政策的完善,加强道德建设和和谐文化建设,促进创业、创新和创造,促进社会管理,建立资源节约型、环境友好型社会6个方面提出政协在构建和谐北仑中应采取的具体措施。

This paper elaborates on how the CPPCC can better exercise its roles of coordinating relations, eliciting support and making suggestions in building a harmonious Beilun. It proposes six concrete measures for construction of a harmonious Beilun, namely, reinforcing democratic rule of law, improving social policies, strengthening moral development and cultural development, promoting employment, innovation and creation, consolidating social administration, and building an energy-conserving and environment-friendly society.
