摘要
采用DEA的3个模型研究了生产设备利用的有效性问题,并进一步通过C2R效率排序模型实现了水平比较和连续改进。通过一个实际生产的20个加工单元绩效分析的案例,进行了设备利用效率评价和改进的具体运用。
The problem of the usage efficiency of the production equipment is researched by using 3 models of DEA. The level comparison and continuous improvement are carried out through C^2R efficiency collating model. Through a case study of merit analysis of 20 machining units in production, the usage efficiency valuation and improvement of equipment are operated.
