汉、维吾尔族脂肪肝超声诊断与体质指数相关性研究

A Relevance Study on Fatty Liver and Body Mass Index between Han and Uighur people

目的:探讨汉、维吾尔族脂肪肝分布差异及其与体质指数之间的相互关系。方法:应用脂肪肝的超声诊断标准与体质指数的判断标准,对检出的脂肪肝与体质指数进行分析。结果:受调查767人中,汉族381人,维吾尔族386人;其体质指数分布与汉族、维吾尔族脂肪肝患者有差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:脂肪肝在不同民族之间分布不同,体质指数是脂肪肝的危险因素。

Objective： To study the fatty liver difference between Han and Uighur people, simultaneously, the correlation between fatty liver and body mass index. Methods：To make analysis on the check - out fatty liver and body mass index（BMI）by applying the standard regarding fatty liver ultrasonic diagnosis and that of the judgement for BMI. Results：Among the 767 subjects, 381 of Han people,386 of Uighur people;A remarkable diferenee can be seen between the distribution of BMI and Fatty liver of Han and Uighur people（ P 〈0. 001 ）. Conclusion： Distribution of fatty liver is difference between Han and Uighur people. Meanwhile, BMI is the risk factor of fatty liver .
