摘要
生殖细胞核因子(GCNF)是核受体超家族成员之一,由于其配体未知,因而又称孤儿核受体。GCNF主要功能是抑制基因表达,它可以促进Oct-4基因的甲基化,使0ct-4发生基因沉默。GCNF基因高度表达在发育中的神经系统、胎盘、发育中的生殖细胞。GCNF基因表达具有的时空特性,提示GCNF在胚胎发生以及配子形成过程中发挥着重要作用。
The germ cell nuclear factor (GCNF) is a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily. As no ligand has been identified, GCNF is designated an orphan receptor. The function of the GCNF is repressing gene expressing. GCNF can facilitate methylation of Oct4, the result is Oct4 silencing. The GCNF gene is high expressed in the placenta and the developing nervous system and germ cells. The GCNF gene expression has space- time character, which suggests that the GCNF play an important part during the embryogenesis and gametogenesis.
