摘要
采用原位聚合法制备加成型液体硅橡胶(ALSR)/有机蒙脱士(OMMT)纳米复合材料,并对其结构和性能进行研究。结果表明,经改性的OMMT的层间距是钠基蒙脱士(Na-MMT)的1.4~3.6倍;OMMT质量分数为0.01时,ALSR/OMMT纳米复合材料的物理性能和热稳定性较好,OMMT的剥离程度较大,基本以纳米尺度的剥离片层分散在ALSR基体中。
The addition-type liquid silicone rubber (ALSR)/organo-montmorillonite (OMMT) nano-composites were prepared by in situ polymerization, and their structure and properties were investigated. The results showed that the distance between the layers of OMMT was 1.4-3.6 times as that of Na-MMT; and when 1% OMMT by mass was used, an ALSR/OMMT nano-composite with better physical properties and thermal stability was obtained; in the ALSR/OMMT nano-composite more OMMT was exfoliated,and most of OMMT was dispersed in exfoliated nano dimension layers in ALSR.
