摘要
快速光造型是一种新颖的立体模型快速制造方法,它综合运用了激光、CAD/CAM、高分子材料等多领域高新技术,具有十分广阔的应用前景。但迄今为止,国内尚无商用设备问世。本文中介绍了自己研制的一套实验装置,该系统在光源、光路扫描等多方面做了替代性设计,使整机成本大为降低。用此装置进行动态成形实验。
The rapid light modeling is a new techniques for the rapid building of 3 D model.It comprehensively applies laser、CAD/CAM、High molecular material etc high and new techniques,and will have a wide application prospects.But up to now,no commerical equipment appears at home.An experimental setup developed by ourselves is presented in the paper.This system is designed alternatively for light source and scanning optics,and the whole cost is reduced greatly.The dynamic modeling is carried out by using this setup and the effect is quite good.
