摘要
描述了一个激光三角法距离传感系统,并用于鞋楦三维测量。讨论了系统的静态和动态测量误差,指出其深度分辨率主要由散斑决定,实验表明。
We describe a laser range sensing system by triangulation for 3 D shape measurement of shoe last.The problem on dymatic and static measurement errors of the laser range sensing system is discussed.It is shown that the limit of depth resolution is mainly determined by speckle.The experimental results show that depth resolution can largely be improved either by increasing aperture or by vibration random phase mask in front of imaging lens.
