STEM Analyses of γ′/γ″ Nano associated Phase in Inconel 718 Alloys

摘要 用扫描透射电子显微镜(STEM)综合分析研究改型Inconel718合金中γ′/γ″纳米级复合相的形态、成分及晶体结构特征。采用大角暗场像(HAADF)及入射电子束斑直径为1纳米的无窗口X射线能谱(EDS)分析。研究结果表明合金中微量元素Al,Ti及Nb含量及相对比例改变。 The morphology,composition and crystal microstructure characteristic of nano associated phase γ′/γ″were studied by means of scan transmission electron microscope(STEM),and using high anmular dark field (HAADF) and no window X ray analyses (EDS).The experimental results show that the contents and ratio of Al,Ti and Nb greatly effect the precipitation morphology and distribution of γ′/γ″.
